Hi, I'm Kate! I'm here to help you learn how to grow deeper relationships with the people in your life.
At Connect Point Moms, my vision is to be your guide, to be the friend who helps you through the struggles of motherhood, and to celebrate with you, along with the Facebook community of Connect Point Moms, as we raise the next generation of strong men and women.
Having four kids with my husband Tim (ranging from 13 to 22), I'm coming from not only a teaching and consulting background, but also as a mom of a house full of the ups and downs you're experiencing right now.
I graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Child Development/Family Relations and an Early Childhood Education Certificate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). After moving to Nevada, I continued on to receive a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Special Education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
I took my education into the classroom for over 13 years, then moved to consulting for Early Childhood Mental Health as well as working as a Training Curriculum Specialist on Nellis Air Force Base.
And, I'm here, helping you connect better with those you love!
